Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [12 PM EST] are processed the next business day.

International shipping
We ship to selected countries. Delivery takes 5–8 business days. Customs duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 8 business days of shipping, contact us at [support@embry.com] and we’ll help locate it or send a replacement.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address before the order ships.
